Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop and to all business relationships between us and our customers. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a confirmation email.

 

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and include applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs may apply and are listed separately.

We accept the following payment methods:

5. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicated on the product page or during checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g., shipping providers).

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. More details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal Policy.

 

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

 

8. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it concerns injuries to life, body, or health.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

 

10. Final Provisions

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If individual provisions of these T&Cs are or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
